Updates to myGov linked National Redress Scheme service
If you have applied for Redress and you have linked your application to the National Redress Scheme service in your myGov account, you may notice some changes when you next log in from 11 May 2025. These changes include:
- Improved messaging about where your application is up to
The updated messages provide clearer information to help you understand what is happening with your application and where it is in the application process. - A new look to the Upload/View Documents page
The new documents uploaded by the National Redress Scheme will now appear in a second table named ‘Added by Redress Scheme’. The Scheme will notify you about new documents through your myGov inbox if it is linked to your redress application. You will only see one table if the Scheme has not uploaded any documents for you. There is no change to the way you can send documents to the Scheme on this page.
If you have any questions or concerns about these changes, please call the Scheme on 1300 737 377.
