From 1907 until 1945 Boa Vista House was the home of Leslie House School/Clemes College. Following amalgamation with Friends' the building was used as a Junior Boarding House. Boarding at Clemes House ceased in 1953 and the younger boarders were relocated to the main facility at Commercial Road and Carr Street. Building was demolished in 1972.
