Robey House

The Friends' School Shop; Uniform Shop

Upon the recommencement of boarding at Friends' in 2000 Robey House accommodated approximately 8 students. Following the purchase of Walker House the male students relocated in 2001 and female students remained at Robey House until 2005. Robey House now accommodates the Friends' School Shop, an upstairs flat for the shop manager, and individual rooms for approximately 6 GAP students each year.

Pendle Hill

Headmaster's/Principal's Residence

Pendle Hill was purchased to function as the Headmaster's residence c1927. Boarders have intermittently resided at Pendle Hill. In the early 1960s then Principal Bill Oats and family moved to Swarthmore and Pendle Hill became the Junior Middle Boys Boarding House (1962); in the late 1970s the senior boarders lived at Pendle Hill. Since the early 1990s Pendle Hill has been used as the Principal's residence.

Orford

The Friends' School was be quested approximately 19 hectares of bushland at Orford to enhance the Outdoor Education program.

Friends Rowing Sheds

Boat Shed; Rowing Shed, Rowing Club

The Friends' School Rowing sheds are located in Lutana. While rowing at Friends' dates back to 1905 the rowing shed was not constructed until 1963. A girls' rowing programme was introduced in 1981.

Friends Health and Fitness

Health and Fitness; the gym

Friends Health and Fitness includes a heated pool, tennis courts, gymnasium, fitness classes and child care. Membership is open to the public, however, the School uses the centre for Physical Education classes and Co-curricular activities.

Friends' Early Years

Early Years

Friends Early Years provides care for children of pre-school age, from 12 weeks to pre-Kinder age. FEY sits adjacent to Morris (Junior School) on the Argyle Street Campus.

Far South Wilderness Lodge

Far South; School Camp

Far South Wilderness Camp hosts school camps for The Friends' School and is also available for hire to other school groups and the general public.

Bell Street Sports Ground

Cadbury Sports Ground

The Friends' School Sports Ground were opened in 1958. The site is used by both Friends' sporting teams and is also hired by external groups. There are two pavilions located at the site.

Wruallin

Boarding House

Wruallin was used as Friends' boarding accommodation during the 1960s, potentially through to the 1980s. The Senior Housemaster and family live at 20 Carr Street. In 1983 boarding at Friends' ceased for a period. The building was demolished c1990s to create a tennis court for adjacent Friends' Health and Fitness.

Waddamana outdoor centre

Outdoor Education

In 1977 The Friends' School leased 2 former Hydro Electric Commission houses to provide a base for the newly introduced Outdoor Education program. Primary and secondary students stayed at Waddamana.
