Blacktown Youth College is an independent special assistance secondary school for students who struggle in mainstream education. It provides education, counselling and other services to secondary students who are at risk of not continuing and/or participating in their secondary education. Blacktown Youth College was formerly known as the Year 7-10 Learning Centre. It changed its name to Blacktown Youth College Incorporated on 24 March 2006.
