Notes:
Stubbs Terrace Hospital (89 Stubbs Terrace, Shenton Park) was a government run facility. The Hospital commenced operation in June 1973 and on 2 August 1974, the Governor of Western Australia set aside land pursuant to s.19(1) of the Mental Health Act 1962 as an inpatient unit for children. It provided in-patient hospital services until 1994 and then out-patient services after 1994.

The Australian Government acknowledges Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples throughout Australia and their continuing connection to land, water, culture and community. We pay our respects to the Elders both past and present.
